Permitted Uses

You may use Tessera AI to:

• Generate 3D assets for personal or commercial projects (subject to your plan).
• Create game assets, product visuals, AR/VR content, and creative projects.
• Export and use generated models in your own software, games, apps, or other products.
• Share assets publicly in the Tessera AI gallery.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tessera AI to:

• Generate content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies violence, terrorism, or hate crimes.
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Create assets intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
• Replicate or impersonate trademarked characters, brands, or real individuals without authorisation.
• Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or bulk generation beyond normal platform usage without API access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or exploit the platform's infrastructure.
• Use the platform to generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Share, sell, or distribute assets in ways that violate our Commercial License Policy.

User-Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload to Tessera AI. You confirm that uploaded content does not violate third-party rights, applicable laws, or this policy.

Tessera AI reserves the right to remove uploaded content that violates this policy without notice.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension or permanent termination
• Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

Tessera AI is operated by Investfree LTD (Company Registration: HE 444549). Our registered address is Cyprus. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Changes to This Policy
