Last updated: May 2026

Overview

This policy explains what rights you have to use 3D assets generated on Tessera AI for commercial purposes.

Free Plan

Users on the Free plan may use generated assets for personal, non-commercial use only. Assets generated on the Free plan may include a watermark on preview renders.

Commercial use, including selling, licensing, or using assets in commercial products, is not permitted under the Free plan.

Paid Plans (Creator, Pro, Studio)

Users on a paid plan are granted a royalty-free commercial license to use their generated assets, subject to the conditions below:

  • You may use assets in games, apps, products, advertisements, and other commercial projects.
  • You may sell assets on third-party marketplaces, provided you have verified there are no third-party intellectual property conflicts (see below).
  • You may not resell raw generated assets as standalone products without modification or added value.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Tessera AI uses AI models to generate 3D assets. While we strive to ensure our outputs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property, we cannot guarantee that all generated outputs are free from potential IP conflicts.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Review generated assets before commercial use.
  • Ensure assets do not replicate recognisable trademarked or copyrighted characters, products, or designs.
  • Seek legal advice if you are uncertain about the commercial viability of a specific asset.

Tessera AI accepts no liability for commercial disputes arising from the use of generated assets.

API Access (Studio Plan)

Commercial use rights extend to assets generated via the API under the Studio plan, subject to the same conditions above.
