Tessera AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for generating 3D models. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per generation and are non-refundable once used. Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
You retain ownership of the 3D models you generate using Tessera AI. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You may not use Tessera AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tessera AI is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated models will meet your specific requirements.

These Terms and your use of the service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
