Who Owns Generated Assets?

When you generate a 3D asset using Tessera AI, you own the output subject to the terms of your plan and this policy.

• Tessera AI does not claim ownership of your generated assets.
• You are granted rights as described in our Commercial License Policy based on your plan tier.

User-Uploaded Images

If you use our Image-to-3D feature and upload an image:

• You confirm that you own the rights to the uploaded image, or have permission to use it.
• You are responsible for ensuring the uploaded image does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Tessera AI is not liable for any IP infringement arising from user-uploaded content.

AI Training

Tessera AI does not use your private generated assets or uploaded images to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

Public assets (models you choose to share publicly in the gallery) may be used to improve platform quality and showcase features.

No Guarantee of Uniqueness

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic. Two users providing similar prompts may receive visually similar outputs. Tessera AI does not guarantee the uniqueness or exclusivity of any generated asset.

Deletion of Assets

You may delete your generated assets from the platform at any time. Deletion removes the asset from your account and the public gallery (if applicable). However, we cannot guarantee immediate removal from all backup systems.

Storage Limits

Storage limits apply per plan. Exceeding your storage limit may result in older assets being flagged for deletion. You will be notified before any automatic deletions occur.

Tessera AI is operated by Investfree LTD (Company Registration: HE 444549). Our registered address is Cyprus. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
